Do you offer free samples of your products?
We do not have free samples.

Are your products organic?
All of Willow Rose cosmetics contain organic and natural ingredients. All of our products are natural and free of chemicals.
I live in a very warm climate. Will the products being sent to me be safe from the effects of outside heat?
If a product is sensitive to high temperatures, it will be indicated on the product page.
You don't offer the products I'm looking for, what should I do?

Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Through PayPal, you can use your PayPal account or American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
Can I email you my order and credit card information?
No, the only form of payments are the one listed in our website.
Willow Rose Cosmetics will never ask you for your credit card information. We recommend that you do not give your credit card number or any sensitive information via email to anyone.
Can I pay over the phone or by mail?
All payments are made through our website. We do not accept payment over phone neither will Willow Rose Cosmetics ever ask you for your credit card information.
Can I pay by check?
Payments are by Credit card, or PayPal. We currently do not accept other form of payment.
Can I use two promotional code for one order?
We occasionally offer promotional codes, but only one discount can be applied at any time to your order.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Willow Rose Cosmetics ships all its products around the world thanks to its partners: Fedex, UPS and DHL. You can benefit from great deals and 2 to 5 day delivery times.
What are your shipping charges based on?

What if I want to change/cancel my order after it has been placed?
Our orders are processed quickly. Cancellations must be within 1 hour following order completion. Please contact our customer service team at info@willowrosecosmetics.com to do so.

Processing
When will my order be processed?
